Accommodation rates

Our rates include a full English breakfast served in our dining room. Should you prefer to have your breakfast outside on the patio, we will be happy to oblige.

Check-out time is 10h00 and check-in time is 14h00 - 19h00. If you are unable to check in by 19h00 please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit, with the balance payable on arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival any deposit or prepayment is forfeited.
Between 15-21 days 75% is forfeited.
Between 22 - 28 days 50% is forfeited.
30 days or more 25% is forfeited.
Deposits / payments are not refundable in the event of a 'non-arrival' or should the guest decide to shorten their stay.
Additional guests, other than those quoted at the time of booking will be charged for.

*Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, but you may smoke on the patios and in the garden.
